Someone said that asthma is difficulty only breathing out and has no correlation with phlegm increase either (I dont know if the exact same person said this or not). Anyway, I am confused. I have been diagnosed by several doctors all of home state that I have asthma and that the mucous buildup is from the asthma having caused inflammation and irritation which caused mucous buildupand that the mucous buildup is what makes it feel like I cant breathe in either.
