I just bought Jack3d to start taking just before workouts, I take Cytogainer post workout and GNC Gold Standard twice a day and take multivitamins every single morning. I average like 3200 calories a day and 170 – 200 grams of protein. I had mono for a month but got cleared end of May.
Can anyone tell me what else i want to do or what I’m performing wrong?
My objective weight is 205 – 210 by November. I was thinking of purchasing creatine as well but I’m sorta strapped for cash. Any ideas?
